Finaly I managed to get the photos of the LION. Now I shall post about my recent holiday trip to KL and Genting with my family(Dad, Mom, Brother and me) and Teacher Lynn's Family(Teacher Lynn, Uncle Say Yeow, Chester, Crystall, Baby Calista and Auntie Jeanna)
DAY 1
The night before, I left my Ipod to charge on my comp. which means I left my computer on throughout the night to let my Ipod charge. Then in the morning, when we were about to leave, I just took my Ipod and off-ed the computer and left. I didnt check on the status of the battery because I thought it was full. Until when we were in the car, I turned it on. This is what happend.

it says "Low Battery, 20% of battery remaining". HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO GO TO MALAYSIA WITH THIS??? I PLANNED TO USE IT TO LAST ME THE JOURNEY, AND NOW? well as I was text-ing Abby before I left, she suggested to pray. But I was so discouraged that I didnt. until I was so desperate, that in the end I did. SO GUESS WHAT? APART FROM THE DVD PLAYER IN THE CAR TO ENTERTAIN,

MY IPOD WORKED!!! IT LASTED ME THROUGH OUT. PRAISE GOD FOR THAT! If not my face would have been like this through out the journey.

(This was my face before I prayed. Discouraged.)
Well I took some large amounts of SKY as you hardly find this much in singapore with all the tall buildings surrounding you. so enjoy them! =D

After a 3 hour journey, we reached KL! like FINALY! so our first stop at KL was lunch. at this restaurant! =D

I dont know but I think this is the malaysian way of spelling bak kut teh, Muk Koot Tea. We had that for lunch. =D And then after that, just around the corner, was the place we were going to stay in! =D its a great house. it belongs to Gong Gong and Po Po (Uncle Say Yeow's parents). so we stayed in it all the time we spent in KL. It looks Great inside. we stayed on the 2nd floor and the first floor is vaccant.

This was what we had for dinner the first night. its a nearby restaurant near the house we stayed in. 2 plates of beef noodles, 2 plates of vegetables, a plate of fried egg, a plate of paper wrapped chicken and a plate of satays.

Food was great!

Paper Wrapped Chicken! I got the drumstick xD
DAY 2
We all woke up later than planned. hahaha! but nevermind. we headed to the market somewhere nearby the house to have breakfast. It was sumptuous! We had Wanton Mee, Chee Cheong Fun, Toast Bread, Crispy Po Piah and Yong Tau Fu as you can see bellow.

So after walking around and getting lost for a moment, we decided to go to the theme park to play for awhile.. we thought the full theme park package was expensive so dad bought a single park ticket. the scream park. lol. we thought it had 4 attractions in it like 4 seperate sections which you can play one by one. cause the poster made it look that way.. first was the angocia theater of fear. basically we stand there and watch some video clip and dudes with make-up come and scream in our faces. its totally lame yeah I know. second was the Tunnel Of Terror. its like you wear your 3D glasses and you walk into this room with spinning effects and you're walking on a bridge. soon before you know it your vision starts to twist and you soon realise that you're going off balance.. that is the coolest thing in there.. lol I dont know how they do it.. Next was the Rumah Hantu(I have no idea what it is.) in 3Dx. you walk through this place with walls and mirrors like a mansion with your 3D glasses and then there are people with masks in dark cloaks walking around, standing at the "windows"(which are props) and some of them shoving another mask into your face and scaring you.(trying to) lol. then finaly there's the Prison Break Live. after the Rumah thingy you assemble in a line outside this door with a police man there.(a guy in the police man costume of course) then he lets you in the so called "prison" and you're supposed to break out? o.O well its like a maze of steel cages put together to create a pathway to walk and there are all these flashy lights that makes it really hard to see. like one moment you see a wall far away and then next time you try to focus you're so near it. and I tell you , the people who are supposed to be "prisoners" or practically insane prisoners stand by the side walls screaming at you. really annoying. so what sort of a prison break is that? an annoying one that is... well thats practicaly the run through of the scream park. you go through all four at one.. its like 15 mins inside.. stupid waste of money... the tunnel of terror sounded like some indoor coaster ride or something... what a scam... =.=. well after that my dad went to upgrade 2 child tickets cause Chester wanted to ride on the coaster thingy. this is a picture of them queing up. with my bro eating ice cream haha. but in the end the ride was closed. so we went to walk around to see what else we could do.

They keep tigers there too! there were 2 of them!

Meow!
So in the end we found this. Chester wanted to ride it. cause it seemed really fun. it may look like and average viking ship to you. but scroll down to see why I say its not.

DOES THIS LOOK LIKE AN AVERAGE VIKING SHIP AT A THEME PARK TO YOU???? ITS 360 DEGREE'S DUDE!!! WAKE UP MAN!!! HAHAHAHAHAH!! yea it was really shocking.. and guess what?? it hangs there.. like that !!! in the photo.. HANGS for like 6 seconds!!! upside down... man it was cool... hahahaahh!!!! whacky I would say! after that we went to play around at the tomahawk, another 360 ride. and then we went down to the wildlife park but only my brother went in. then after that we were out.. what a scam right?? we should have bought the all park... wasted... well this is the over view of the whole place.. well almost whole place..
Awesome issnt it?

This is old town white coffee. quite a famous label for coffee in malaysia.. they have many outlets around.. well the coffee is not bad.. but I have yet to try more. haha I only had a taste of the milk tea and a mocha.. it was satisfactory... =D after all the fun, we got back into the Honda and went for dinner at a restaurant.. the food was normal. like that of a chinese restaurant..

But the funny thing is, aren't their uniforms familiar???

They look like the usher's at church!! well just that the sleeves are gone. haha!!!
DAY 3
We had another restaurants Muk Koot Tea(Bak Kut Teh) for brunch before heading off to GENTING! well I didnt take the photo's cause you guys should know what to expect.. well the journey there was fairly long. about an hour or so's drive from our house.. when we headed into the mountain zones, the air started to cool.. so dad winded down the windows.. Man it was like Air con! Awesome tempreture... soon enough we made it to first world.. I was told by teacher Lynn that the rooms arent very comfortable.. true enough, it was quite tiny..

These are the 2 toilets. one for showering and the other for doing business.

And this is the room. its not really big but it has a great view of the theme park.
Well the good this is, that at night, you dont need an airconditioner.. the weather is just perfect.. so on the first day we did nothing much.. just going around exploring the place and stuff like that.. hahaha!

Ain't the view great?? Opps I mean clouds =D

Clear view of the theme park!

Over the clouds.. Beautiful view...
After dropping off our stuff at the hotel, we went around First World Plaza to look around. Its an indoor theme park and shopping mall. totally cool! like when you're walking around, you hear people on the indoor coaster screaming "AAHHH~!~!~!" hahahahahah!!! its a nice place.. lots to shop and lots to eat.. hahah! you should see for yourself =D go there and find out! Well there was this little booth providing fish cleaning services. a.k.a Dr. Fish. they actually let you sit there, put your legs half submerged in water with fishes, and they go eating whatever dead skin you have. its healthy as they clear away unwanted skin which will like become disgusting over time? I dont really know. LOL . but Dad, Dylon and Chester tried it out. here's their moment of fun =D

HEY IT TICKLES!!!

THIS IS FUN!! =D
After that, I forgot what we had for dinner again and then we just walked and explored the place. we also sat on the flying coaster. you'll find out more later =)
from left: Chester, Teacher Lynn, Me
Bottom left: Baby and Dylon
OKAY! now about the flying coaster.. well the theme park closes at around 6 everyday, but the flying coaster does not. basically because it does not run under the genting theme park. its a ride by itself.. thats why, you have to pay to sit.. if you do not have a theme park tag on your wrist, its RM12. so its about 6 bucks.. if you do, its RM10 which is about 5 bucks.. a little cheaper.. hahah! the tag means the theme park entrance tag you will receive in order to go in and play. The ride is Spider-Man themed. Its not a regular sit down type of coaster. like in its name, its the flying coaster so you basically are like flying. meaning like super man style. I wonder why they made it spider-man though.. he doesnt fly but he swings... weird... yeah so we played it one the first night and the next day. hahahah! it was awesome! take a look!
It looks scary at night.. and can you see that blurry thing there? its the "ride" you fly on.
That big thing up there is the thing you sit on. 4 at a time. =D

Its vertical when you board it but it goes into the flying position when commencing.
We went to the arcade after the ride! LOL can you imagine, we spent (well actually Uncle Say Yeow paid) RM 60 that night(around 30 dollars), and as they run by tickets, we managed to exchange them for a mug... LOL but we enjoyed ourselves.. then it was back to the hotel room for supper.. hahahahha!! Chester and Crystal had instant noodles.. then we were off to bed!
DAY 4
Woke up the next day quite late.. lol around 9 plus?? hahah! way behind schedule.. we had buffet breakfast inclusive of the hotel ticket.. the food wasn't THAT great.. but it was edible... here are a few shots during our breakfast.
This is my brother. Looking kinda dumb.. hahah!!
And this is Chester on the left with my brother. Its a nice picture I have to say
And this is me with the 2 of them. My brother looks like some act cute girl.. with that kissy lips.
LOL.
Then its off to the theme park!!!!!!! WWWEEEEEEEEE~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ The first ride we wanted to take was the viking, but the que was really long so we went to the upper part first... then we sat on the CORKSCREW. I know the name of the ride sounds so wrong but it was THE RIDE man... hahaha!!!!

PRESENTING, THE CORKSCREW!
This is the best picture of the ride.. 2 turns man.. great ride...
Photo was taken by my mom =D
After that amazing coaster ride, Teacher Lynn, Uncle Say Yeow and I went to ride the Go-Kart. You have to sign an indemnity before going in... then I was thinking, why only this ride? why not the others??? kinda weird right dont you think??? lol but anyway, it was fun! although the Karts were'nt really fast.. Uncle Say Yeow got the fastest car! hahahah! he over took me.. and I over took 2 other people! YAY =D!
Here I go!!
Hey free hands!!
Cheese!
Have you ever thought of flying??? Well this next ride that we sat give you a feel of flying.. In circles... Yeap.. its a giant mechanic swing, holding up to 30 over people? COOL RIGHT? it was really fun!
this is the big swing. =D
Spread my Hands and fly! see me at the top?

Im the one in brown, spreading my hands like dont know what... HAHA!
Well after all that flying, we decided to take a little walk...
IN DINOSAUR LAND. ROARR!!

Well it was really nothing much... Just rocks and a little brige and plastic figurines of dinosaurs(they were really badly made..). so we walked around and headed back after that.. LOL.. We also went on the Clyclone, a little roller coaster which can only sit 4 per carriage. It was fun too =D

The Cyclone! Malaysia's First Roller Coaster!
Queing up!

WWEEEE~~~~~~~~~~
So after all the fun, we went back to the hotel for awhile and headed downstairs for dinner at a seafood restaurant.. we had steamboat! =D it was great I guess.. Edible... LOL and after that, we went to watch... DREAMZ! the magic show!! its about the story of a princess who faces troubles? and then in the end the magician turns her into a white lion.. COOL. but thats not the only part ofcourse.. there were other stunts and magic acts which were showcased, like the 4 bikers that rode in the metal ball, one of the magicians who sawed himself into half, one who moved a lady's head from one table to another, air acrobats, dancers, a tiger and a white tiger and a live band as well.. many many stuffs! it was a great show!
NOW THE MOMENT YOU ALL HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR.
THE PICTURES OF THE WHITE LION AND TIGER!
Okay its rather small but the tiger is obvious right??? its really huge.. Cool man!
His name is Samson =D

And this is us with the white Lion. its caged up maybe cause it cant behave itself. it moves alot and the trainers have to keep calling him to stop. Aeros! Aeros! look here!
Aeros is his name. =)
And this, is Mr. Enrique Polo. The beast tamer in the show. the one on the left with the 3 animals in the lion and tiger picture frame above. He's quite handsome though and funny as he teased Chester a little bit.. HAHA!
This is one of the magic show assistants. Chester was really shy to take a photo with her. HAHAHA!!! =D
The Magicians, helper's and some of the staff come from spain cause of their strong accent when they talk.. hahah! but they are amazing. =D
Well at the theme park, there was this game stall which requires you to shoot down 3 plastic bowling pins with an air gun from a distance. its 3 tokens per try and one token is RM2. so its about RM6(S$3) per try. Uncle Say Yeow took down all 3 and won the bear in the first try. I took 3 tries... so my bear is about RM18 and Uncle Say Yeow's is RM6. HAHA! but it was really fun shooting the thing.. Here's the cute little guy we won =D
DAY 5Okay so we woke up and we checked out and we went for breakfast near the lobby area.. the food wasnt really that great... then after that I went with dad to load the luggage to the car.. then after we reached the car and loaded it up, we headed for the pick up point up stairs as the car park is in the basement. so following the signs, we had to go to B9 to exit when we are parked at B4 or something.. so we were going round and round and round... hahaha! almost got lost... well in the end we managed to find our way out.. the wrong way out.. through one of the entrance.. LOL. So after picking up my mom, Chester and Dylon, we headed back to KL. Down the mountain and drive drive drive drive drive... and we finaly made it back to KL.. We rested at the house for awhile.. watch more DVD's and just plain slack.. well for me its slack but for the kids its PSP and DVD time. so while they were doing this, I went with Mom and Teacher Lynn to Sungei Wang Shopping Center.. Its quite big... loads of Handphone shops that is... while shopping at a factory outlet, where branded stuff are cheap.. well most.. unlike a burberry coat which is really nice costing RM999. Considered cheap already I guess... lol.. yeah and I saw this on one of the jackets hanging..

Man its some HUGE fly!
Okay apart from that, we went around to look and see what else was there to buy after we left the shop. Had Famous Amos Ice cream. Teacher Lynn bought a Sorbet while I had cookie Flavoured ice cream.. it was delicious! too bad I didnt take a photo of it.. =( well other than that we didnt manage to shop the whole place so we went back.. and guess what? the traffic light is to your own timing. it never turns green and there is no zebra crossing at all.. it looks like zebra crossing to an ordinary singaporean but if you take it as it seems it is, you get knocked down and you cant file a report based on that cause its not a zebra crossing.. lol.. thank God for singapore's road system.. hahah!! then after we got home, we walked to a nearby restaurant called Oversea restaurant.. they are more of a hong kong chinese restaurant.. their food really nice.. their char siew is like totaly deliecious.. its grilled! cool right?? and their claypot beef cooked with salted fish is also awesome.. but you have to eat it with rice.. if not... its the saltiest thing you have ever tasted... eeww.. and then there was their fish.. man it was good! no ocean and fishy taste.. good food man.... and thats where I bought the egg rolls and the oriental muffins for the pantry of TG =D Well headed back home in Uncle Say Yeows car as it was raining and he went back home to drive it here to pick us up.. After we went back home, we were all watching Hong Kong police action shows.. Especially ones with Donnie Yen. He's cool man! The first movie is about 4 Police men who wanted to frame a big gang boss and get him jailed as he has made them suffer before by hurting their loved ones or something like that.. so they tried to frame him and they got busted so they all got killed by an assasin sent by the boss and he wants them dead cause they took his money and kept it.. so now there's this inspector (Donnie Yen) who finds out about their corrupted ways of doing things and wanted to stop them but in the end he helps them but only one of the 4 survied. the 3 got killed badly by the Boss's assasin. so this Inspector goes and whacks the assasin and kills the boss in the end. haha. well that was the first movie we watched. Next was another police show involving Donnie Yen again. hahah!!! He acted with the guy from Get Connected. the show is called Flash Point if I remember correctly.. its going to show on channel U soon so watch out for it =D I shall not elaborate on it. Go watch it for yourself =D
DAY 6
So we woke up and took our time and packed up and headed for brunch at Muk Koot Tea again. =D the one we had on the first day. hahah!

So after brunch, we began our journey back to Singapore.. Well thats the end of this post. I really enjoyed this trip. =D thanks to Mom and Dad and Teacher Lynn and Uncle Say Yeow. =) Looking for more holidays to come! after O's that is =D well guess what? I'll be going to Malacca for Christmas again. HAHAHAHAHAHAH. LOL I will post about it =D hahahah!! I spent really long typing this... LOL....
